Buying
lots of office chairs? Buy through a dealer
Buying from a dealer presents its own challenges, benefits
and drawbacks
When purchasing from a dealer you will be presented with several challenges, benefits, and drawbacks.
Many companies whom purchase mid- to high-end furniture go through dealers. These dealers characteristically carry products from one of the three largest furniture vendors, and then complement this with a select number of lesser vendor lines.
By working with dealer, they may be able to obtain a wide variety of designs and offer samples for you to examine. Another advantage, if you are planning to place a large order, the dealer may provide your office with few models for your staff to evaluate.
The main disadvantage of working with dealers is you may not get the best price.
